Refund Policy

1. Credit packs
Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew. Review the amount, price, and destination account before paying.
2. Generation failures
When a task has a confirmed failure before a valid result is delivered, the credit reservation is automatically released. This is not a financial refund because the credits were not consumed.
3. Requesting a refund
For a duplicate, unrecognized, or processing-error purchase, contact support with the account email, order identifier, and reason. Never send a password or full card details.
4. Used credits
Credits consumed for delivered results are generally nonrefundable. We evaluate verifiable technical defects, material downtime, and mandatory consumer rights case by case.
5. Timing and method
Request review within 7 calendar days of purchase, without limiting applicable legal rights. Approved refunds use the payment processor's original method and timing.
6. Abuse and disputes
We may deny fraudulent or repetitive requests. A bank dispute may require temporary restriction of credits and the account during investigation.
