1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using OutlineDraw, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service
OutlineDraw provides image generation from text and references, private history, temporary storage, downloads, and credit purchases. Features, models, limits, and prices may change with appropriate notice in the product.
3. Account and security
You must provide accurate information, keep access methods secure, and notify support about unauthorized use. Activities in your session are your responsibility unless caused by a service failure.
4. Credits and payments
The MVP sells one-time credit packs only. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, or recurring charge. Generation cost is shown before submission. A temporary reservation prevents double spending; charging completes after a valid result and is released when failure is confirmed.
5. Content and rights
You must have the rights and permissions needed for prompts and uploaded images. By enabling gallery permission, you allow selected outputs and their reviewed prompts to be displayed publicly by OutlineDraw until publication is withdrawn. Rights in outputs depend on law, third-party rights, and provider rules.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for illegal material, abuse, fraud, privacy or intellectual-property violations, child exploitation, malware, attempts to bypass security, or consumption that harms the platform or other users.
7. Availability and results
AI models may produce inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsuitable content. We do not guarantee absolute fidelity, marketplace compliance, exclusivity, or commercial results. Interruptions and maintenance may occur.
8. Suspension and closure
We may limit or suspend accounts to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address nonpayment. You may request closure through support; required records may remain for legal and security periods.
9. Liability and contact
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available and is not responsible for indirect losses or decisions made without human review. Questions can be sent through the support page.
